• Research and advocacy for systems change in Kansas City and beyond
3. Use of Website and Services
3.1 Eligibility

As a Missouri nonprofit corporation, the Foundation operates in compliance with Chapter 355 of the Missouri Revised Statutes (Missouri Nonprofit Corporation Act) and applicable regulations of the Missouri Attorney General's office regarding charitable organizations.
Missouri residents may obtain information about the Foundation's registration and financial information from the Missouri Attorney General's office.
