The Nash Group Community Foundation, Inc. is a Missouri nonprofit corporation founded in 2025 and headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri. The Foundation is recognized by the IRS as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 36-5158652). Building on more than 35 years of co-founder Dr. Troy Nash’s work in affordable housing and community development, the Foundation’s mission is to break the cycles of poverty, inequity, and limited opportunity by empowering individuals and families with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive. It works three ways: it teaches, through the From Struggle to Success Academy; it mentors, pairing volunteers with graduates and graduates with the next cohort; and it connects participants to services, employers, and community partners. Its first program year begins in 2027.
