The Foundation has applied for federal tax-exempt recognition under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 36-5158652); a determination from the Internal Revenue Service is pending. Building on more than 35 years of founder Dr. Troy Nash’s work in affordable housing and community development, the Foundation’s mission is to break cycles of poverty and build futures through education, mentorship, and economic opportunity. Its first program year begins in 2026.
