WE MENTOR
Each One, Teach One
Volunteer mentors walk with graduates for 6 to 12 months. Then graduates mentor the next cohort. That is how one way out becomes many.
How mentoring works →
WE CONNECT
No One Does This Alone
We match each participant to community services, employers who commit to interviewing graduates, and partners who refer and host.
Partners and resources →
Funders ask where the money goes and how results will be counted. Everything is posted: the Kansas City data · theory of change · evaluation framework · financials · governing documents.
