This Moment Will Never Come Again

There's a window in every movement — a brief moment when the foundation is being poured, when the first stones are being laid, when the people who show up become the people who shaped everything that followed.

That moment is now.

The Nash Group Community Foundation is launching in January 2026. We're not a decades-old institution looking for someone to fill a seat. We're a brand-new foundation with a proven methodology, visionary leadership, and an audacious goal: 1,000 graduates transformed by 2030.

We Need Builders

We need people who don't just want a job. We need people who want to build something that will outlast all of us.

Not Another Nonprofit

Let's be honest: there are a lot of nonprofits. A lot of mission statements. A lot of promises.

Here's what makes TNGCF different:

🏠

Lived Experience Leadership

Our CEO grew up in Section 8 housing in Kansas City. This isn't theory to us. It's personal.

🔬

A Proven Methodology

The 8-domain transformation model didn't come from a consulting firm. It came from a family that actually escaped poverty and systematized how they did it.

👨‍👩‍👧

Generational Succession Built In

Dr. Troy Nash and Arielle Nash lead together. This foundation is designed to outlast its founders.

📊

Measurable Outcomes

4.2:1 social return on investment. 90% housing stability. 85% employment rate. We don't just promise impact — we measure it.

You Won't Be a Cog

In a new foundation, every person matters. Your ideas will be heard. Your work will be visible. Your fingerprints will be on everything we build.

Believers, Builders, and Bridge-Makers

We're building a team of people who see what we see: a Kansas City where zip codes don't determine destinies.

You might be right for us if:

You've ever looked at a broken system and thought, "I could fix that."
You believe poverty is a policy failure, not a personal one.
You're tired of organizations that talk about change but protect the status quo.
You want your work to mean something when you go home at night.
You're comfortable with ambiguity — because we're building the plane while flying it.
You don't need a title to lead. You just lead.
You understand that "each one, teach one" isn't a slogan — it's a lifestyle.

"We don't care where you went to school. We care what you're willing to build."

Where Do You Fit?

As a launching foundation, we're building capacity across every function. Some roles are immediate needs. Others we're planning for as we grow. If you see yourself anywhere in this ecosystem, we want to hear from you.
