Privilege Weaponized for Justice

Arielle Nash was raised with every advantage her father never had.

She graduated from Pembroke Hill School —one of Kansas City's most prestigious private college preparatory institutions. She studied abroad in Japan. She interned on Capitol Hill for Congressman Emanuel Cleaver II.

She could have chosen any path—Wall Street, Silicon Valley, corporate law. Instead, she chose service.

"Take every advantage you've been given and weaponize it for justice. That's the only way forward."

Co-Founder at 19

At just 19 years old, Arielle co-founded The Nash Group with her father, bringing multilingual skills, technology acumen, and a millennial perspective to community transformation.

She watched her father transform their family. She saw her grandmother earn a GED at 55. She witnessed the posthumous degree ceremony. She understood that her opportunities came from someone's sacrifice and determination.

"My father broke the cycle so I could have opportunities. My job is to make sure it reaches everyone—not just me."

Mother, Leader, Legacy Builder

As a mother herself to Asher, Arielle is deeply invested in creating systems that will serve not just the current generation, but generations to come.

"My grandmother earned her GED at 55 because my father believed in her. My father has nine degrees because he believed in himself. I'm here because I believe this work can change how entire communities think about what's possible."
