The Nash Group Community Foundation, Inc. is registered as a charitable organization with the Missouri Attorney General's Office. Our registration does not imply endorsement by the State of Missouri.

Tax-Exempt Status

The Nash Group Community Foundation, Inc. is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to TNGCF are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We encourage donors to consult with their tax advisors regarding the deductibility of their contributions based on their individual circumstances.

NEW JERSEY: INFORMATION FILED WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL CONCERNING THIS CHARITABLE SOLICITATION AND THE PERCENTAGE OF CONTRIBUTIONS RECEIVED BY THE CHARITY DURING THE LAST REPORTING PERIOD THAT WERE DEDICATED TO THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY BY CALLING 973-504-6215.
