Investment Prospectus
A comprehensive overview of our mission, impact strategy, and investment opportunities for The Nash Group Community Foundation—a Missouri 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Executive Summary
The Nash Group Community Foundation, Inc. is a Missouri-incorporated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Kansas City. We operate at the intersection of affordable housing development, technology innovation, and community education to create sustainable pathways out of poverty.
Our integrated ecosystem—combining Nash Group LLC (housing development), AGI Affinity LLC (AI-powered assessments), and the Nash Foundation (education)—addresses root causes of inequity rather than symptoms, creating generational transformation across Kansas City and beyond.
Mission: Building People. Changing Systems. Transforming Communities.
The Opportunity
Kansas City faces a 15-year life expectancy gap between neighborhoods just 10 miles apart. This disparity reflects systemic barriers in housing, healthcare, economic opportunity, and civic participation that perpetuate cycles of poverty across generations.
Key Challenges We Address
Housing Instability: Over 40% of Kansas City renters are cost-burdened, spending more than 30% of income on housing.
Wealth Gap: The racial wealth gap shows Black households with 10x less median wealth than white households nationally.
Education Barriers: Financial literacy and systems knowledge are rarely taught in underserved communities.
Civic Exclusion: Systemic barriers prevent full participation in democratic and economic processes.
Our Solution: The Nash Ecosystem
We've developed an integrated three-pillar approach that addresses the whole person and whole community simultaneously:
Nash Group, LLC — Builds the PLACE
